TRAK support is handled by the people who built it. Replies come from a human, within a business day or two.

In the app. Tap the ? icon to message us directly — same inbox, same humans.

Billing. Subscriptions are billed through Apple. Manage or cancel anytime at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions — cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Delete your account. In the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account. This removes your account and all associated data.
